Tampere Region Festivals is collecting experiences from volunteers at cultural events and festivals as part of the Capable and Inclusive event project. The survey explores motivations for volunteering, volunteer satisfaction, as well as the accessibility and development needs of volunteer activities.
The survey is open to anyone who has volunteered at a cultural event or festival in the Pirkanmaa region during the past 12 months.

The Capable and Inclusive Event project develops volunteering activities in cultural events in Pirkanmaa region during 2024–2026. The project is funded by the Council of Tampere Region through the AKKE fund for sustainable growth and regional vitality.
