Art Festivo was founded in 1994 to celebrate classical music and especially flute in the scenic surroundings of northern Tampere Region. Nowadays the festival is still focused on artistically ambitious music, and also offers miscellaneous culture experiences for every age and every taste in Parkano and Kihniö.
